Hi, pug lover! My name is Athena and I am an 8 year old, healthy lady looking for some humans to call my own. I am a little timid at times and am learning what it means to be loved and touched all time. I love treats but not always my dinner, but doesn’t everyone? I get along great with my pit bull foster brother; in fact, I think he’s a little intimidated by my cuteness. As much as I love my foster mom and dad, I prefer to nap and sit alone. I just don’t like people in my space when I’m trying to relax. I absolutely love water; I cannot get enough of it. Which means I need to go out a lot, and can’t always go all day or night without a potty break but I am learning. This “kennel” device is new to me but I am getting used to it. I sleep in there at night and during the day. at night I call out to my humans until they come give me a final good night but in the mornings I sleep until I’m forced to face the day.
