Pug-O-Ween Memories: Judith

It was my first Pug-O-Ween in 2009 and I was also honored to be asked to judge the event. This “Paula Deen” entry won the grand prize! This little Pug girl would get down and then pop up at her kitchen counter. It was hilarious! I laughed from the moment I spotted the float and I still smile today at the memory.
