Ernie Boy
1.5 year old male
Story
One-and-a-half-year-old Ernie Boy is a playful, Velcro pug mix who loves being by your side. His soft fawn coat and handsome mask with white blaze give him that classic pug look with a unique twist—and it makes him stand out in the cutest way! A smart, easygoing companion, he’s always ready for a walk and just as happy to curl up beside you when it’s time to relax. Though a bit timid in new situations, he warms up quickly and adapts beautifully. Ernie Boy is fully house-trained, crate-trained and has excellent mealtime manners. He gently takes treats and eats in his crate to keep everyone’s bowls straight. He’s not into toys yet but happily plays with other dogs when they’re interested. He has solid leash manners—still learning about harnesses (what am I wearing?) but is easily redirected. Ernie Boy would do well in a home with adults or older children and with another friendly dog or could be an only dog as long as he has loving human company. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal shadow who matches your pace, Ernie Boy might be just for you!
