Join us for the ultimate feel-good morning:
A pilates class hosted by Sole Flex with pugs from DFW Pug Rescue, followed by a grounding sound bath experience.
We’re bringing together movement, mindfulness, and mischievous little pugs for a one-of-a-kind event that supports animal rescue and wellness in the community.
🧘What to Expect: A Pilates class (open to all levels) – A relaxing sound bath to restore and reset – Adorable pugs from DFW Pug Rescue wandering around during class 🐶 – Goodie bags with special edition Sole Flex grip socks – Sips & social time at Four Corners Brewing Co. post-class – Vendor pop-ups and community giveaways

Anyone in Plano area looking for a fun 4th of July event for your pup? Pampered Pooch is sponsoring a FREE Paws & Patriots party on Friday, July 4 from 7pm-9pm. Join us in celebrating the 20th anniversary of Strut Your Mutt, the Race to End Animal Cruelty!

A Pugagram is a basket (there are several different types; Wine, Pillows, Balloon, or Sweet Treats (regular and small that you order from our website for your Valentine and have delivered by one of our volunteers with their pug/s
When you order there is a form to fill out giving us instructions on who and where. The delivery for Pugagrams is February 8th, 9th and 12th.
