Story

1-year-old Serena is a playful, black female pug mix and the ultimate cuddle companion. She loves snuggling with her people, playing with toys (non-squeaky ones are her favorite), and happily rolling over for belly rubs. Serena is also a perfect car passenger and has a mischievous streak—she may “borrow” your shoes just to keep life fun. Serena is about 80% house-trained and improving every day. She’s crate-trained for short periods but prefers sleeping in bed with her people at night. She walks well on leash and enjoys calm, peaceful strolls where she can relax and take in her surroundings. At mealtime, Serena does best with a little personal space so she can focus on her own bowl. Serena enjoys the playful companionship of other dogs and has been wonderful with teenagers. She would thrive in a calm home with older kids and someone around often to share love and reassurance.
