Story
Ten-year-old Tessie is a joyful black-and-white Velcro pug with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Known for her hilarious “Tokyo drift” zoomies, Tessie loves toys, enrichment activities, and playing with other pugs before settling into a cozy cuddle puddle. Tessie is about 80% house-trained, does best with regular potty breaks and prefers a personal escort to the grass. She’s crate-trained and stays in her crate when left alone and sleeps in it at night. She has excellent mealtime manners and walks well on leash though shorter strolls are best for her wobbly legs. Tessie thrives with another friendly dog to play and snuggle with and would do best in a home where someone is around often. She does well with cats and has been friendly with children she’s met. If you’re looking for a happy, quirky sweetheart who brings laughter and love, Tessie might be just for you!

All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup.
