Story

Five-month-old Velma is a sweet, playful black pug mix with a white chest and a heart full of love. She may be a little shy at first, but with a few treats and some cuddles, her confident, affectionate, and silly side shines through. A true Velcro pup, Velma loves to follow her people everywhere and alternate between short bursts of puppy play and cozy nap time snuggles. Velma is house-trained, a polite eater, and learning quickly on the leash, she is eager to please and picks up new skills quickly. She enjoys plush toys, tennis balls, and romping with other small dogs. Because of her puppy teeth, she may do best in a home with adults or older children. At night, she sleeps soundly in bed with her foster mom and is still learning crate training. Velma would thrive in an active home with lots of love, playtime, and companionship.

All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.  We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup.
