Story

2-year-old Dexter is a sweet, fawn “gentle giant” who enjoys long walks, squeaky toys, and cozy time on the couch or in bed. This affectionate Velcro boy loves being near his people but is also content to patiently relax at your feet. Dexter is fully house-trained with excellent manners, does not mark, walks beautifully on leash, and eats politely. While crate-trained, he prefers and can be trusted to roam free when his people are at work. He loves soft squeaky toys and playtime, balanced with plenty of lounging. Dexter would do well as an only dog where he can soak up all the attention, though he may do well with calm, similarly sized canine companions. He’d thrive in a home with older children who can match his playful energy. Dexter’s got the formula for love—just add you!

All of our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup. Puppies younger than 6 months are not eligible for out-of-state adoption.
