Story

5-year-old Duke is a laid-back, lovable, and confident gentleman who’s equal parts couch potato and award-winning tongue model. Yes, it hangs out all the time. Yes, it deserves its own fan club. And yes, he is your reigning Togue Out Tuesday champion!

Duke enjoys the finer things in life: naps in the big bed (where he doesn’t move an inch once settled), short strolls around the block, and the occasional coffee shop outing. He’s low-energy, polite, and an ideal sidekick for anyone who appreciates quiet companionship with moments of extraordinary excitement if you ever get a package delivery.

He’s working on his house training but uses the doggy door well, wears a belly band when needed, and is crate trained. He eats with gentle manners, loves soft toys, and has excellent leash skills. He’s a good sport with other dogs but isn’t particularly playful. He’d much rather loaf nearby and observe. Duke is wonderfully tolerant with kids, including toddlers and all their unpredictable energy.

Duke would do well in a home where he gets lots of love and soft surfaces. He’d be happy if he was the only dog and just has someone to admire his glorious tongue.
