Story

3-year-old Matteena is a sweet, 17-pound, fawn girl with a playful spirit and a heart devoted to her favorite person. She loves squeaky and chew toys, enjoys playing with people, and is happiest soaking up all the attention she can get. Matteena is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks on leash while continuing to learn to improve and not pull. At mealtime, she prefers to eat separately from other dogs. She has excellent manners with people and children and would thrive as an only dog or with a calm, similarly sized companion. With a patient family to help her build confidence and reassure her when you're away, Matteena will be an incredibly loyal companion. Could Matteena be your new shadow?

All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup. Puppies younger than 6 months are not eligible for out-of-state adoption.
