Expected Time Commitment: Leadership roles require a more consistent commitment. Directors typically volunteer around 20 hours per week, Managers 10-15 hours per week, and Coordinators and Leads around 10 hours per week. All other volunteer opportunities offer flexible schedules based on your availability and the needs of the role.
