Story

Seven-year-old Peggy is a sweet, fawn beauty with a happy-go-lucky attitude and a heart full of love. This laid-back lady adores being around other dogs and is happiest when surrounded by furry friends and her people. She is the definition of “go-with-the-flow” — gentle, easygoing, and always ready for a good cuddle or a leisurely stroll. Peggy is house-trained, crate-trained, and uses a dog door like a pro. She’s polite at mealtime and not food aggressive, though she’ll happily supervise if someone else is getting a treat. She enjoys toys most when another pup shows interest — she’s a bit of a playful copycat! Peggy also gets along wonderfully with children, especially her foster’s young niece. She takes tacrolimus eye drops twice a day and moisture drops as needed, but that doesn’t slow her down one bit. If you’re looking for a calm, joyful companion to brighten your home, Peggy’s your girl!

All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.  We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup.
