Story

Two-year-old Ralph, affectionately called Ralphie, is a pint-sized 16-pound black pug who loves nothing more than to curl up next to his people.  He enjoys chewing on antlers and Nylabones, gets along great with other dogs, and is discovering the joy of play.  Ralph is crate-trained, walks beautifully on a leash and is learning how to use a dog door.  He eats enthusiastically at mealtimes, is working on his house training (diaper chic for now) and would thrive with someone to patiently help him master this.  Ralph needs daily prescription drops or gel for dry eyes and has some vision loss, but it doesn’t slow him down.  Given his sweet temperament, he would likely do well with children and would be happy in a home with a canine playmate or as an only dog.  If you’re looking for a loving, little companion to light up your life, Ralph might just be your perfect match.

* All of our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup. Apply today.
