Built by Heart is the story of how DFW Pug Rescue began.
More than 30 years ago, a pug named Pugsley inspired founder, Fred Campos Sr. to make a simple promise: help the forgotten. What began with that simple promise grew into a rescue that has spent more than three decades saving thousands of pugs and giving them a second chance.
Now, Fred is sharing the stories, struggles, surprises, and plenty of pug-filled adventures behind it all in his book.
