Meet Gatsby! This handsome 4-year-old, 20-pound fawn boy is the definition of a Velcro pug. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate companion who wants to be wherever you are, Gatsby may be your perfect match. Gatsby loves his people and is happiest when he’s right by your side—whether that means riding along in the car, snuggling in bed, or keeping a close eye on whatever you’re doing. He’s playful and curious, enjoys chewing on his Benebones, playing with other dogs, and exploring every corner of the house. Gatsby is crate-trained, walks well on a leash, and has even mastered using a magnetic screen door like a doggy door when it’s time to head outside. He gets along well with other dogs and absolutely loves people of all ages, including kids. Because Gatsby is such a people-oriented guy, he would do best in a home where someone is around much of the time. He can get a little anxious if left alone for too long, so a family looking for a true companion would be ideal for him. If your idea of the perfect dog is one who wants to be your constant sidekick, professional snuggler, and enthusiastic supervisor—with absolutely no understanding of personal space—Gatsby is ready to meet you!

All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup. Puppies younger than 6 months are not eligible for out-of-state adoption.
