11-year-old Babee is visually impaired, but that hasn’t stopped her from navigating her foster home, trying out the stairs, and navigating the doggie door. This is a determined girl on the go! When she’s not exploring the house and the yard, Babee likes to explore a comfy bed (preferably in the company of her foster dog siblings) and a warm lap, curled up next to her favorite stuffed toy. As long as she has consistent affection and companionship, she is happy! Babee’s ideal forever family will have ample time to spend with her, be willing to provide her with support in navigating her new home, and understand that she isn’t different from other pugs in many ways – after all she is sweet, social, and loves food!

DFWPRC is one of the largest pug rescue organizations in the United States and has rescued and placed thousands of pugs. We rescue all purebred pugs regardless of age or medical condition. At least 90% of our annual expenses are for veterinary care.
