8-month-old Half Pint is a loving boy looking for a forever family who can help him to overcome his rough start in life. This fun-loving guy adores socializing with people and dogs of all ages, especially if they are as active and playful as he is! His interests include sharing his toys, going for walks, wolfing down his food, showing off his doggie door skills, and cuddling next to his humans as they pet his incredibly soft fur. Half Pint is currently taking anxiety medication due to his challenging past, but is thriving under the care of his foster mom as she continues his training and shows him what it’s like to live in a home with loving, patient, and consistent humans. His ideal forever family will continue training and socializing him, provide him with ample attention, and make sure he gets plenty of exercise. Another playful dog in the home would be a bonus.

DFWPRC is one of the largest pug rescue organizations in the United States and has rescued and placed thousands of pugs. We rescue all purebred pugs regardless of age or medical condition. At least 90% of our annual expenses are for veterinary care.
