Age: 1 Year Old
One-year-old Oso is oh so adorable! He is your typical playful, loving, rambunctious velcro pug with a bottomless appetite. He’s also a smarty pants! In a short time, he learned to sit on command and wait for a command to eat. Additionally, he quickly mastered crate training and housetraining, and learned how to use the doggie door like a champ. Somebody get this guy an Ivy League scholarship! Oso enjoys socializing with humans of all ages and likes playing with other dogs (although he is not always fond of sharing his toys with other pups). His other interests include cuddling with his people and barking at birds, squirrels, and golfers. Oso’s ideal forever family will be understanding of his high energy level and need for mental stimulation, and find ways to channel both.

DFWPRC is one of the largest pug rescue organizations in the United States and has rescued and placed thousands of pugs. We rescue all purebred pugs regardless of age or medical condition. At least 90% of our annual expenses are for veterinary care.
