Four-month-old Oracle, affectionately known as Ori to his foster family, is a born explorer! Despite being blind, Oracle fearlessly navigates his surroundings by running in ever-widening circles and doesn’t mind the occasional collision with his environment — he just pops back up and carries on. He is an energetic, playful boy who loves being on the go, stopping only briefly to take some bites of food before resuming his zoomies. As a highly social guy, Oracle loves any opportunity to interact with kids, adults, and other dogs, and may present a stuffed toy or tug toy to initiate play. He’s learning how to walk on a leash and is getting better every day. Oracle has started the housetraining process and in the meantime is reliably doing his business on potty pads in a designated area. Although he is naturally energetic, he is also content to snuggle next to humans or hang in his enclosed playpen area when it’s time to rest. His ideal forever family will see past his disability, embrace his adventurous and loving nature, and encourage him to make new discoveries safely. They’ll also have a securely fenced yard, at least one person who is home most of the time, and another friendly, playful dog to show him the ropes. Oracle doesn’t know he has limitations, and the right adoptive family will recognize his limitless potential!
